HIGH-TEMPERATURE COATING
Fiberfrax® QF180 Refractory Coating
High-Performance Surface Protection up to 1260°C
Fiberfrax® QF180 is a high-performance, air-setting refractory coating designed for extreme thermal and chemical environments. Applied by brush or spray, it forms a durable barrier that resists flame erosion, molten metal contact, and chemical degradation.
Ideal for bonding and coating Fiberfrax Variform ceramic insulation and Fiberfrax XJ1 putty, this coating enhances thermal protection and extends the life of insulation in high-temperature operations.
Key Benefits:
-
Resists Erosion & Chemical Attack: Ideal for furnaces, boilers, and thermal processing equipment
-
Non-Wetting to Molten Metals: Withstands contact with non-ferrous molten metals like aluminium
