Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law in the event that a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise not fit for purpose.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at info@advancedthermalsupplies.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. All return requests must be authorised by ATS prior to shipping the item back.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
