Fiberfrax® Durablanket Z is a high-performance ceramic fibre insulation blanket manufactured from spun zirconia-stabilised fibres, designed for demanding high-temperature environments where standard ceramic blankets reach their limits.

Engineered for minimal shrinkage at elevated temperatures, this blanket maintains its structure, insulation efficiency, and mechanical integrity even under prolonged thermal exposure. Its lightweight, needled construction delivers excellent flexibility, resilience, and durability without the use of binders — ensuring consistent performance without smoke or fumes during operation.

Durablanket Z is part of the Fiberfrax® range from Alkegen, globally recognised for high-temperature insulation solutions across industrial furnace, kiln, and process applications.
