    G10 / G11 Epoxy Glass Slot Wedges

    G10 and G11 epoxy glass slot wedges are rigid electrical insulation components used in motor rewinding, stator slot insulation and coil retention applications. Manufactured from glass reinforced epoxy laminate, they provide excellent mechanical strength, dimensional stability and dielectric performance.

    Commonly used as a stronger alternative to traditional wooden slot sticks, these wedges are suitable for electric motors, generators, alternators and other rotating electrical equipment.

    Custom Profiles Available
    G10 and G11 slot wedges can be custom machined to suit specific stator slot profiles, dimensions and insulation requirements. Custom widths, thicknesses, wedge profiles and chamfered edges are available. Customer drawings or sample wedges may be required for accurate manufacturing.
    High Mechanical Strength
    Rigid epoxy glass construction provides excellent slot retention and resistance to vibration, compression and operational stress.
    Excellent Electrical Insulation
    Designed for demanding electrical insulation applications requiring reliable dielectric performance and dimensional stability.
    Elevated Temperature Capability
    G11 epoxy laminate is commonly used in higher temperature electrical insulation applications requiring long-term thermal stability.
