    Where are these panels used?
    These panels can be used in grain storage areas, feed containment setups, bulk storage enclosures, sheds, bunkers and agricultural containment systems where traditional materials may fail due to chewing, moisture or structural weakness.
    Why use GPO3 instead of timber, plastic or cardboard?
    GPO3 is a glass reinforced polyester laminate with a hard, non-absorbent surface. Unlike timber or cardboard, it does not rot or absorb moisture. Unlike many plastics, it offers better rigidity and is more difficult for rodents to chew through.
    Can the panels be CNC machined?
    Yes. GPO3 panels can be CNC machined to suit customer requirements, including cut-to-size panels, fixing holes, cut-outs, ventilation holes and custom shapes.
    Do you recommend the panel thickness?
    Panel thickness depends on the application, including panel height, fixing method, unsupported span, installation conditions and load requirements. We manufacture and machine panels to suit your measurements or drawings, but final panel selection and system suitability should be confirmed by the customer or installer.
    Do I need drawings to request a quote?
    Drawings are helpful, but not always required. You can provide basic measurements, photos, sketches or layout details. We can use this information to prepare a quote for custom-machined GPO3 panels.
    Can you design the full rodent-resistant system for me?
    We supply and machine the GPO3 panels, but we do not provide engineered system design. Panel layout, thickness selection, support requirements and installation method should be determined by the customer, installer or project engineer based on site conditions.
    Will this stop rodents climbing over the panels?
    The panels are designed to help reduce ground-level rodent access. Overall effectiveness depends on the full site setup, including surrounding walls, roof access, installation quality, panel height and existing rodent activity.
