Acrylic Glass Sleeving is a durable, high-temperature insulating sleeve reinforced with braided fibreglass and coated in acrylic resin. It provides reliable mechanical strength and electrical insulation for demanding applications such as motor rewinding, transformer assembly, and lead protection.

• Temperature Rating: Up to 155°C
• Dielectric Strength: Rated for 4kV with double-layer protection
• Inner Diameter Range: 0.5 – 30mm
• Colours Available: Yellow (standard stocked) and Black (on request)

Supply Options:

• Yellow Sleeving: Available in standard roll lengths or cut to length
• Black Sleeving: Supplied on request based on required diameter and length

Standard Roll Lengths (Yellow):

• 200 metre rolls: 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5mm
• 100 metre rolls: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14mm
• 50 metre rolls: 16, 20, 25mm
• 25 metre rolls: 30mm
