Class H High-Temperature Binding Tape for Motor Rewinding

Our Tying Cords, also commonly referred to as Tuff Tape, are manufactured from multi-stranded twisted viscose rayon and bonded with a high-temperature flexible resin. Designed for securing coils, insulation and windings during motor rewinding, they combine excellent tensile strength with the flexibility needed to tie securely without slipping.

Unlike wax-coated tying materials, Tuff Tape grips and binds into itself for a tight, reliable hold. It also splits easily into narrower widths where required, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of electrical insulation applications.

• 8 Strand (6.8 mm wide)
• 10 Strand (8.4 mm wide)
• Supplied in economical 500 metre rolls
